692 suburbs in Australia are now cheaper to buy than rent. Find out where for free!
The cost difference between buying and renting in Australia has fallen significantly:

•    Discounted variable mortgage rates are now 1.75% lower than their 2011 peak and fixed mortgage rates are 2.65% lower

•    Capital city property prices are 2.9% lower than when they peaked in October 2010

•    Rental rates are rising, up 3.2% over the past year for houses and 2.8% higher for units across the capital cities
